Become A Master Gardener - August 23, 2012 6:30 p.m.
Do you love to garden? And, are you willing to share your knowledge with the community? If so, the University of California Cooperative Extension Madera County Master Gardener Program is looking for you! Prospective Master Gardeners complete a 16 week training course and pass a final exam. The 2013 class will begin on Thursday, January 3, and run through April 25, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
UCCE Madera County is now accepting applications for the 2013 Master Gardener Program. Deadline for applications is Monday, October 15, 2013 and are available online (see MG application). If you are unable to complete the online application, please contact our office at (559) 675-7879.
Master Gardener Orientation has been scheduled for Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the Madera State Center Community College (30277 Avenue 12, Madera) at 6:30 p.m. Join the Master Gardeners for an information meeting that will explain the program requirements. It is highly recommended that you attend this informational meeting.
